Coffee is the first Step
The Unscripted PerspectiveThis episode i meet David Smith
David Smith grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his younger sister. In high school he was a varsity wrestler and took a side course in electronics.
During his time in the Air Force he was deployed to Desert Storm as an F-16 Weapons Specialist. Davis was also a lay Chaplain, as most people didn't have access to worship services with an unpredictable wartime schedule.
After the Air Force, he started working for FedEx and finished his degree in Theology. He moved to Las Vegas to plant a church. That led him to volunteering with Stand Up for Kids, walking the streets at night trying to find homeless teens and get them the help they needed.
Next stop, California. Transferred with FedEx (which is a cool benefit.) Eventually became a pastor at a homeless shelter. He made sure there was a worship service and hot meal every Sunday. His biggest highlight during that time was when he took the service to the streets, serving people who wouldn't or couldn't go to the shelter.
None of these service opportunities paid full time and it was challenging to help people as much as he desired. So, he started looking for ways to replace my FedEx income. For several years he sold on Amazon, but it was such a grind, it was basically owning a job instead of having a job.
He has discovered the secrets to making money on the internet and enjoys sharing it with friends. He also founded Business For Good, Not Greed to promote the idea that most people should have their own internet business and use their new found free time and surplus of money to change the world by whatever way they're passionate about.
